Software Engineer (Java)

We're hiring a group of Java Software Developers to be part of an agile team building cutting-edge web based solutions for our FinTech clients. If you're passionate about clean code, performance, and real-world impact, this role is for you.

• Basic up to $7,000/month + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Up to 18 days Annual Leave, medical, and other staff benefits

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web based solutions.
2. Collaborate with a group of software engineers, business analysts, and software architects throughout the full SDLC.
3. Involve in pair programming, code and design reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
4. Deploy software application to production and provide post-implementation support.
5. Ensure development best practices and standards are met.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or any relevant discipline.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in Java development
• Strong in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful/SOAP APIs, Web Services
• Knowledge of secure and scalable application design
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced team
