Software Engineer (Integrator) - HRN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including system integration, feature validation, and product readiness.
• Support sustaining engineering activities for existing products, including feature enhancements, integration, and product improvements.
• Perform system-level integration and validation to ensure new features and product changes meet technical and functional requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and perform issue triage for integration and product-related issues, working with relevant engineering teams to identify and resolve root causes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, QA, product, and other engineering teams, to coordinate development and integration activities.
• Support product readiness by tracking issues, validating fixes, and ensuring deliverables are completed according to project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation, test results, and integration reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in system integration, software/hardware integration, product engineering, or NPI.
• Good understanding of software development, debugging, testing, and system validation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering teams.
