Software Engineer - IBM filenet admin

5- 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 Administration
. Strong expertise in FileNet Content Manager, Case Manager, Process Engine, and Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
. Experience with IBM Datacap for intelligent document capture and processing
. Experience with WebSphere / WebLogic / JBoss application servers
. Knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server)
. Experience in troubleshooting FileNet, BAW, and Datacap issues, performance tuning, and log analysis
. Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and authentication mechanisms
. Experience with cloud-based FileNet implementations (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) is a plus
