About the Role

Were looking for a Frontend Engineer who thrives on crafting beautiful, high-performance user experiencesand is excited to push the boundaries of how software gets built. This isnt just about clean code or slick UI. Its about changing the game with AI-enhanced development.

Youll work closely with design, product, and backend teams to build critical surfaces across our dashboard and miniapps. Youll also help redefine our development workflow by embedding AI tools deeply into our stack10xing speed, consistency, and quality.

What Youll Do

• Build fast, responsive frontend components across Boxos core products
• Collaborate with designers to rapidly prototype and launch new user experiences
• Integrate seamlessly with APIs, SDKs, and backend systems
• Implement AI tools across the stack (e.g. Cursor, v0, Windsurf, Lovable) to supercharge speed and reduce manual work
• Actively reshape the engineering workflow to embed AI in:
• Code generation and scaffolding
• Component and test creation
• Internal tooling and design systems
• Debugging, performance optimization, and documentation
• Build internal systems that dramatically cut down development time
• Drive initiatives to scale our frontend architecture with automation and AI-first thinking

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer in product-driven teams
• Deep expertise with React, Next.JS,TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks like Tailwind
• Excitement aboutand hands-on experience withAI development tools (e.g. Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf, v0)
• A mindset of shipping fast, iterating, and finding leverage through automation
• A strong sense of design and UX, with the ability to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
• Experience optimizing for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility
• Bonus: youve built internal tools, component libraries, or test harnesses that other developers love
• Bonus: experience working on developer platforms or international-scale apps
