- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server,Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proficientin networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN) andinfrastructure troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with IP CCTV systems, NVR, Dooraccess, and VMS platforms (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, )
- Solid end-to-end deployment skills for servers, surveillancesystems, storage (NAS/SAN, RAID), and integrations
- Excellent troubleshooting, client coordination, andteam training/mentoring capabilities
- Setup, Installation of Video Management system/ AnalyticSoftware onto Server / Client.
- Setup & Installation Microsoft Servers.
- Responsible to train and guide maintenance team aftercompletion of project for maintenance
- Provide first level of support for our clientsfor the trouble shooting or all systems, database, network, andtelecommunication infrastructure problems.
- Perform day to day operations and troubleshooting
- Co-ordinate the tasks requested by clients onproblem resolution of all IT services
- Works with all facets of the business and hascross functional responsibilities for IT and Management as well as externalpartners in making sure that the information technology infrastructure is fullyoperational
- Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors andsub-contractors
- Support and response to Ad-Hoc service jobs
- Support standby required for 24.7 during dutyweek
