Software Engineer (C++/Python/Video Analytics)

We are hiring a Software Engineer to support the development and enhancement of an intelligent video surveillance system for our 1 year Airport renewable Project. This is a hands-on role involving C++, Python, Windows SDK, and video analytics, working closely with clients and external development partners.

Work location: Changi Airport

Mon to Fri Office hours

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot C++/Python applications on Windows

• Work with clients to define software scope, requirements, and design

• Coordinate with third-party developers on development progress and testing

• Perform sandbox testing and deploy solutions in live environments

• Integrate hardware components (RS232/RS485 motor control, capture cards, 4K cameras)

• Develop data analytics tools and AI/ML models for video analysis when required

• Prepare technical documentation (design, test plans, reports)

Requirements

• Strong experience in C++ and Python

• Experience with Windows SDK, OpenCV

• Knowledge of real-time video processing is an advantage

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus

• Familiarity with serial communication (RS232/RS485) preferred

• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools

Additional Information

• Contract: 1-year renewable

• Salary: S$5,200 - S$5,600 + 1-month bonus + S$50 Monthly HP Claim

• Location: Singapore Airport work location
