Software Engineer (C / C++)

The client deep-tech startup focused on next-generation semiconductor and photonics technologies for AI infrastructure.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the firmware and software development team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of embedded software, firmware, and SDK solutions that power next-generation optical communication products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and design SDK and firmware software for semiconductor chips and optical communication devices.

. Participate in system development, maintenance, feature implementation, and software upgrades.

. Develop and implement software features based on product specifications and customer requirements.

. Design and implement software architectures and application code to meet performance, reliability, quality, and security objectives.

. Perform software integration, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

. Collaborate closely with hardware, ASIC, RTL, validation, and system engineering teams throughout product development and bring-up activities.

. Develop software utilities, APIs, diagnostic tools, and supporting applications.

. Take ownership of assigned development tasks and contribute to technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.

. 0-2 years of experience in embedded C/C++development. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

. Strong foundation in software engineering principles and embedded systems development.

. Familiarity with embedded software and firmware development environments.

. Plus if you have experience with optical communication systems, optical modules, or Optical DSP products.
