Software Engineer

We need someone who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without waiting for a spec. You will be one of the earliest engineers shaping the entire technical foundation from architecture decisions to deployment pipelines in a codebase where every line matters and every week ships something real. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and ship product continuously
• Own features end-to-end (0 1 scale)
• Make fast, pragmatic technical decisions
• Work closely with a small, dedicated team to define product and engineering culture

WHO YOU ARE

• B.S. in CS, Math, or related field (or equivalent ability)
• Strong fundamentals and product instinct
• You have built and shipped real things
• AI-native you deeply use AI products, understand the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, and have fully integrated AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) into your workflow
• High ownership, ambitious, fast-learning, low-ego, and genuinely kind
