You will oversee end-to-end partner onboarding, system integration testing, API connectivity, and tier-2/3 production support in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate full-cycle client and ecosystem partner onboarding, including test execution (SIT/UAT) and production release deployments.
- Oversee REST API connectivity, diagnosing transaction flows, logs, and system metrics to resolve integration issues.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring minimal service disruption and timely stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product Managers, and software teams to maintain operational runbooks, security compliance and SOPs.
- Drive operational efficiency by leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to optimize testing and support workflows.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Operations Engineering, Production Support, or API Integration Support in an Agile environment.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, payload analysis, and tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Solid background in coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based incident management practices.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an engineering discipline.
