Software Development Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a Software Development Specialist who can combine hands-on software development with technical leadership.

You'll work across frontend and backend development, help shape software architecture, work closely with clients and engineering teams, and guide developers in building scalable, high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

* Lead technical discussions and make key architecture decisions.

* Design, develop, and deploy full-stack software solutions.

* Build and review frontend and backend applications.

* Design and improve scalable, distributed software architectures.

* Work closely with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions.

* Lead design reviews and support technical project planning and estimation.

* Review code and promote clean, secure, and maintainable development practices.

* Mentor and support software engineers.

* Help create technical standards, documentation, and best practices.

* Work with Sales and Business Development teams on technical proposals.

* Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and engineering processes.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Strong experience in full-stack software development.

* Strong React + TypeScript experience.

* Strong Python experience, preferably with FastAPI or Django.

* Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.

* Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

* Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing database queries.

* Strong knowledge of Git, code reviews, and branching strategies.

* Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

* Experience with Docker, microservices, and modern software architectures.

* Good understanding of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with:

* Node.js, Next.js, Vite, Express, or NestJS

* C#/.NET

* Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS

* Logging, metrics, tracing, and application monitoring

* Client-facing technical consulting or solution design
