Job Responsibilities

. Involve in the analysis, design, documentation, coding, and testing of enterprise-level software applications.

. Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing to ensure product quality and reliability.

. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to software applications in a timely manner.

. Evaluate existing systems and implement updates or add new features to enhance functionality and performance.

. Collaborate with team members in requirements discussions, design reviews, and solution planning, providing valuable technical insights.

. Prepare and maintain technical documents, ensuring clarity and completeness.

. Assist in project planning, provide time estimates, and ensure that development milestones are met.

. Work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining close communication with the project team.

. Respond proactively to suggestions for system improvements and enhancements.

. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development, have some experience in team management.

. Proficient in Java web frameworks such as Spring MVC and familiar with RESTful APIs and Web Services.

. Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.

. Experience with Oracle or MySQL databases.

. Familiar with version control tools such as Git or SVN.

. Experience with Spring Boot, RocketMQ, and Redis will be an advantage.

. Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems in the telecommunications industry is preferred.

. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
