We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team based in Singapore.

As a Software Developer, you will take ownership of endtoend technical execution across software initiatives, combining handson development with technical leadership. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver highquality, scalable solutions, balancing the maintenance of existing systems with the design and delivery of new applications.

Role Expectations

• Perform handson fullstack development and maintain custombuilt enterprise applications
• Design and define system architecture, databases, application components, and supporting business processes to deliver robust and scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical oversight and leadership across development activities, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks
• Mentor and guide internal team members and external vendors on technical implementation and design decisions
• Conduct and oversee code reviews, testing, and debugging, applying industrystandard quality assurance methodologies
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical scope, requirements, and delivery timelines
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and user guides
• Partner with DevOps teams to design, implement, and continuously improve hosting, deployment, and runtime environments

What We're Looking For:

• Backend development experience: Handson experience independently building and maintaining productiongrade backend systems.
• Strong backend programming skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, Go, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural principles.
• Database and data management expertise: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling, optimisation, and query performance.
• API and integration development experience: Skilled in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed system components.
• Cloud and DevOps familiarity: Comfortable working with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Security and testing mindset: Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience writing unit and integration tests to ensure software integrity.
• Strong problemsolving skills: Able to independently break down complex challenges and implement effective technical solutions.
• Growth mindset: Selfdriven learner who continuously deepens technical expertise and explores emerging technologies.

Note: Compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience.
