We are currently seeking an experienced Software Developer (Salesforce) to join a collaborative and technology-driven environment supporting enterprise-level digital initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Partner with solution architects, business consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver effective Salesforce-based solutions.
- Review business and technical specifications and independently manage assigned development deliverables.
- Recommend practical and innovative technical approaches when appropriate.
- Design and implement automation and custom functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScript, and Visualforce.
- Support platform configuration activities including custom objects, page configurations, record types, fields, and related components.
- Ensure development activities align with internal standards, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and development specifications.
- Participate across the full implementation lifecycle from planning through deployment and support.
- Investigate and resolve application defects and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Identify potential project or technical risks and communicate mitigation recommendations proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Salesforce development.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
- Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, or Salesforce Consultant certifications are advantageous.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex programming, triggers, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Understanding of software delivery methodologies and implementation lifecycles.
- Exposure to public sector environments is beneficial but not required.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, deployment, and release management processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, integrations, and deployment tools is preferred.
