Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Developer with expertise in Salesforce.com development to join our growing team. As a Software Developer, you will beresponsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. This is a full-time position with two vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Software Developer (Salesforce.com), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: participating in Agile project development, contributing to the design and architecture of Salesforcesolutions, developing and configuring Salesforce Flows, implementing Salesforce security models and sharing rules, writing Apex code and SOQL/SOSL queries, developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components, working with Visualforce pages, utilizing Salesforce APIs and integrations, implementing DevOps processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines on SHIP/HATS platform, and potentially working with Odaseva backup and recovery solutions. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with team members, contribute to code reviews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
. A Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline such as Engineering
. A minimum of five (5) years of overall experience as a Software Developer in Agile projects, with at least three (3) years of experience in Salesforce development
. Proficiency in Salesforce Flow configuration and knowledge of Salesforce security models and sharing rules
. Strong proficiency in Apex programming and SOQL/SOSL
. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
. Knowledge of Visualforce development and proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integrations and
. Experience in DevOps processes with version control systems (Git) and implementation of CI/CD pipelines on SHIP/HATS platform.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
The following skills and qualifications are considered a plus:

. Experience working on Government Projects
. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certifications
. Salesforce Platform App Builder, Mulesoft Developer I, and/or Mulesoft Developer II ertifications and
. Knowledge of Odaseva backup and recovery solutions.
