Take ownership of application release cycles and process governance within a highly regulated environment.

• oversee the end-to-end delivery of software releases across multiple testing and production environments.

• ensure all deployment activities strictly follow internal compliance and documentation standards.

• coordinate release milestones including scope monitoring and stakeholder sign-offs.

• manage change process governance to maintain high operational stability.

• collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely implementations.

skills and experience required

• at least 3 years of experience in IT change management or release engineering, preferably within financial services.

• technical proficiency in version control systems and automated deployment tools.

• foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and process-oriented workflows.

• experience with modern development toolsets and ticketing modules for tracking system changes.

• strong communication skills with the flexibility to support activities during scheduled maintenance windows.
