Role: Software Engineer, Cloud SecurityRole DescriptionWe are looking for a Software Engineer to work on the core backend and platform services. This is a full-time, remote role, working closely with the platform, cloud, and security engineering teams.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power security, compliance, and monitoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop backend services and APIs for SaaS platform
- Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs (cloud-native, multi-tenant)
- Implement business logic for security controls, compliance checks, and cloud data ingestion
- Work with Azure, AWS, and GCP APIs
- Integrate with identity systems (Azure Entra ID / IAM / role-based access)
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployments
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews
Required Qualifications- Strong foundation in Computer Science / Software Engineering
- Solid experience in backend development (preferably .NET / C# or similar backend stacks)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles
- Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
