Software Developer (Project & Operations Executive)

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer (Project/Operations Executive) who is excited about software development and wants to build and manage digital products from end-to-end.

You will:

• manage projects,

• communicate with clients,

• coordinate vendors,

• and use AI tools to develop or prototype features when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan and manage multiple software development projects

• Track timeline, deliverables, progress, risks using Asana

• Consolidate client feedback using structured templates

• Ensure clean handovers between design, development, and deployment

• Prepare UAT checklists, QA reviews, and final sign-offs

Operations

• Maintain and refine SOPs (when necessary)

• Document processes, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Manage vendor onboarding and technical handovers

• Manage post-launch maintenance tracking

Hands-on Work

You will:

• use AI tools (GPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to build prototypes, scripts, or simple features

• prepare builds for handover

• support small tasks directly instead of always delegating

• test features, debug simple issues, validate API logic

• help with preparing project documentation, acceptance criteria, and user stories

Bonus

Not required, but good to have:

• experience with Laravel, WordPress or Figma etc

• experience building personal projects (please bring during your interview if any)

• interest in AI tools for development

• some UI/UX exposure (even school work)

Requirements

• Strong curiosity for how software is built

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or JS

• Understanding of what an API is & ability to follow API documentation

• Basic Linux Commands

• Good communication and clarity in writing

• Structured thinking and organized execution

• Comfortable working with checklists, templates, SOPs

• Willingness to get hands dirty and learn hands-on

• Able to work with multiple stakeholders

• Responsibility for tasks end-to-end

Nice to have:

• Experience with Figma, Notion, GitHub, Postman, Asana, Claude, GPT etc.

• Internship experience in tech or product team

• Demonstrated personal projects
