Act as the SME for SWIFT Alliance products (AMH, SAA, SAG, Alliance Cloud, SWIFTNet Link, RMA, HSM, PKI).
Manage and configure SWIFTNet connectivity, VPN, TLS, and certificate lifecycle.
Support onboarding and end-to-end integration of SWIFT MT/MX messages, including RJE XMLv2 format and AMH AMP.
Able to do routing rules changes on SAA and AMH to route the messages to specific channels.
Monitoring message status, system health, and error logs for real-time issue detection.
Investigate NAKs or rejections, troubleshoot formatting/connection issues, and communicate to respective team
Collaborate with security teams to implement and regularly assess SWIFT CSP controls, including mandatory and advisory controls, and contribute to the annual attestation process.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams for OS-level hardening, firewall configurations, and secure channel setup.
