Role Description:
You will be responsible for leading the project delivery lifecycle, including development, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients across various platform workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery in development, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various platform workflows, including: IT Workflows (ITAM, ITOM, ITSM), Employee & Customer Workflows (HRSD, CSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
- Prepare technical specifications and provide oversight and unit testing of code.
- Guide clients in completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Directly engage with client stakeholders on functional/process discussions.
- Deliver projects via Off-shore/On-shore delivery model.
- Support engagement efforts and suggest appropriate platform solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of relevant tertiary education.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of best practices of the workflow platform.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
- Understanding of IT service management principles
