Software Developer (Javascript & Typescript)

• Develop back-end applications.
• Implement unit testing and E2E testing.
• Perform software implementation by using docker image.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software issues.
• Generate relevant documentations, reports etc.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software development best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological developments.
• Any tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in NodeJS, JavaScript, Typescript is preferred.
• Experience in working with backend frameworks (e.g. Express) is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with concepts of software engineering and Agile Development is advantageous.
• Experience in C# is advantageous but not necessary.
• Knowledge of Linux is good but not necessary.
• Possesses strong critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and has strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• A good team player who contributes and works effectively in a collaborative team environment.
