Software Developer Intern

We are an executive search firm looking for a Software Developer Intern to support the development of internal tools, data platforms, and automation systems that enhance our search and recruitment processes. You will work at the intersection of technology and talent, helping to build solutions that improve candidate sourcing, data insights, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal web applications and dashboards for recruiters
  • Build automation tools to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and reporting
  • Assist in integrating APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems)
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to improve search insights
  • Support development of AI/ML-driven features (e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching)
  • Collaborate with consultants to understand workflow needs and translate them into tech solutions
  • Debug, test, and optimize system performance

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript preferred)
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to learn independently, navigate ambiguity, and find practical solutions with limited guidance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Flask, Django)
  • Exposure to data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Familiarity with automation/scripting tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
  • Interest in HR tech, recruitment analytics, or AI applications in hiring
  • Experience with CRM or ATS systems is a plus
