- Design, implement, and maintain Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems to support automated production processes.
- Integrate software applications with manufacturing equipment, MES, and ERP systems for seamless data flow.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stable and efficient production operations.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to optimize system performance and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Analyze production data to identify improvements in automation, quality, and throughput.
- Provide technical support, training, and user documentation for CIM systems.
- Manage projects involving system upgrades, integration, and deployment of new manufacturing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation processes, and industrial equipment integration.
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java, or .NET) and experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP systems, and factory automation tools are advantage but not necessary.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or production environments.
- Good project management, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
