Lead the full project lifecycle for RPA implementations, including requirement gathering, process assessment, workflow design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and conduct feasibility analysis for automation opportunities to secure client approvals.
Design and develop automation workflows for web-based, desktop/thick client, Citrix, mainframe, Excel, PDF, and Word-based applications using UiPath and Assist Edge.
Utilize UiPath RE Framework to build robust unattended bots for automating complex business processes.
Manage credentials and assets securely using Credential Manager, Orchestrator Assets, and Control Tower.
Automate repetitive tasks such as Excel operations (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulae) and perform complex data manipulations using custom C# and LINQ code.
Collaborate with business users during requirement analysis and UAT phases to ensure successful deployment and issue resolution.
Provide post-deployment production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
Lead and mentor junior developers, coordinating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of RPA solutions across onsite and offshore teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and use project management tools such as JIRA and SVN to track progress and manage tasks.
Conduct requirement gap analysis and transform business requirements into technical specifications and architecture design.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and proposing scalable solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development and automation.
Proven experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and end-to-end automation delivery.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in banking or financial services sector is a plus.
