Lead the cadence and team, working with product owners ensuring backlogs are prioritized, sufficient detail exists in readiness for sprint planning session.
Undertake analytical activities and deliver analysis outputs, in accordance with customer needs and conform to agreed standards.
Investigate operational needs & problems, opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes & organization.
Works closely with Product Managers, Architects and Project Managers to deliver quality software services.
Apply data analysis, design and modelling techniques to establish, modify or maintain a data structure and its associated components.
Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes.
Maintains security administration processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
