You will join a dynamic Software & Cloud consulting and sales team focused on delivering SWO Marketplace solutions. The team partners closely with clients, delivery experts, and global stakeholders to create value-driven outcomes.
As a Software and Cloud Manager, you will lead and grow a high-performing team of Software & Cloud Consultants, drive business development, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You will be accountable for team performance, client satisfaction, and commercial outcomes — translating business needs into impactful strategies while fostering a culture of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Software & Cloud team, driving performance, growth, and engagement
- Own end-to-end operations including budgeting, forecasting, pipeline, and sales management
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor team members to meet performance standards
- Manage client escalations and build strong relationships with key and strategic accounts
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and grow existing and new business
- Maintain vendor, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement
Job Requirements- Proven experience managing teams in software licensing, SAM, or IT services, with accountability for commercial outcomes
- Extensive background in Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions and IT services sales and delivery
- Deep understanding of software licensing models across major vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Adobe, IBM)
- Demonstrated ability to manage client escalations effectively
- Proven track record in building long-term strategic relationships at senior and C-level
- Solid business acumen, including budget management, forecasting, sales cycles, and negotiations
