We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of our next-generation AI-native cloud platform. This platform will serve as the foundation for intelligent, distributed, and highly scalable applications that power mission-critical workloads. You will shape the system architecture, champion best practices, and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies across the engineering organization.
Responsibilities
Architect Scalable & Intelligent Systems
Design and evolve a cloud-native, distributed architecture capable of handling millions of transactions/events per second with strict low-latency and high-availability requirements.
Architect AI-native services, integrating machine learning, personalization, and generative AI into platform experiences.
Define data strategy for both transactional (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and analytical workloads (Apache Pulsar, Flink, Iceberg).
Technical Leadership
Provide thought leadership on key architectural decisions, frameworks, and design patterns.
Drive adoption of event-driven, microservices-based, and real-time streaming architectures.
Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical roadmaps.
Innovation & Optimization
Identify opportunities for automation, performance optimization, and AI/ML-driven insights.
Introduce data-intensive computing practices for real-time analytics, stream processing, and graph-based models.
Continuously evaluate new technologies (e.g., vector databases, LLMOps frameworks, GPU acceleration).
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
Ensure seamless developer experience and platform adoption across teams.
Security, Reliability & Compliance
Embed security, compliance, and privacy as first-class concerns in all designs.
Architect for multi-region, multi-tenant, high-availability deployments.
Champion observability, monitoring, and incident response best practices.
Mentorship & Team Development
Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous learning.
Define engineering and architectural standards, ensuring system resilience and scalability.
Technology Evaluation
Continuously evaluate emerging cloud, AI, and distributed systems technologies.
Introduce frameworks and tools that enhance developer productivity, system performance, and scalability.
