Job Description

The Role
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, analysis and prioritization
  • Manage deliverables and handle project management
  • Own functional & technical designs, and be involved in the creation & development of documents
  • Work together with Managed Operations team to solve issues
  • Manage team of functional analysts, developers and vendor
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in application development and 5 years in managing a team
  • Strong ability to lead and mentor an application team comprises of functional analysts and developers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to conceptualize business requirements and to translate into functional & technical specifications
  • Proficient in public-facing system design, development, implementation, integration and user support
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience in the following technical areas:
    • database design & implementation
    • micro-services architecture
    • Java Spring Framework
    • mobile application development is an advantage
