Software/APP/IT Developer

Description

Design, develop and maintain an internal system for membership

Develop backend business logic for commission structures, rules, and calculations

Build and manage member database and transaction records

Generate reports related to commissions, membership fees, and summaries

Work closely with management to understand business and system requirements

Perform system testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance

Enhance existing systems and automate manual processes

Requirements

Experience in software or system development

Knowledge in backend programming (e.g. PHP / Python / Java / .NET)

Familiar with database design and SQL (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

Able to understand business logic and calculation rules

Experience with commission, membership, or finance-related systems is an advantage

Salary

$3,500 - $6,000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours

5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
