Roles & Responsibilities
- To leading the strategy, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise business applications, including ERP, POS, and F&B digital ordering systems.
- To ensures that all software platforms are secure, reliable, fully integrated, and aligned with business objectives to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
Application Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the IT applications roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation and system optimization initiatives.
- Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for enterprise application
ERP System Leadership
- Oversee ERP implementation, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy, financial controls, and reporting reliability.
- Manage vendor relationships and system performance.
POS & F&B Digital Systems Management
- Ensure smooth operation and integration of POS systems across locations.
- Manage menu configuration, pricing updates, and transaction accuracy.
- Oversee QR ordering and digital platforms to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
System Integration & Performance
- Lead API integrations between ERP, POS, payment gateways, CRM, and BI systems.
- Ensure high system availability, performance monitoring, and incident management.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Data, Security & Compliance
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards.
- Enforce cybersecurity controls and access management.
- Ensure compliance with financial and payment security standards
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop the applications support team.
- Act as liaison between IT, operations, finance, and executive management.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in enterprise systems.
