13 plus years of experience in Project Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Automation & Technology Operations with expertise in FinTech, Banking, Telecom and Cloud.
Expertise in Product & Project Management activities, encompassing planning, design, scope management, budgeting, change management, resource allocation, vendor management, process management and compliance with quality standards ensuring project delivery within time, cost, and quality specifications.
Championed project management disciplines and drove Agile practices in areas of services strategy, optimization, while improving delivery capability and growing business.
Hands on experience in handling ProductDevelopment & Continuous Delivery and T & M, Fixed Budget - Milestone Projects.
Hands on technical experience in technologies like Python, HTML, MySQL, Linux, Web Server Apache and Tomcat
Expertise in managing Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Microsoft Project, ClickUp etc. to create and manage end to end project plans, RAID logs, project dashboards etc.
Expertise in managing tools like Jenkins, OTRS, ERM (Salesforce, SAP, and so on)
Highly skilled in implementing ITIL based Service Delivery including service catalog management, SLA management, change management, bridge management, operations gap assessments and process excellence.
