Salary : $3,500 - $5,500
Location: Bukit Batok
Working hours: Mon to Thursday (8am to 6pm) / (830am -630pm),
Friday (8am to 5pm) (830am -530pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualise care plans for residents
  • Execute the care plan and monitor progress
  • Coordinate care for residents with relevant stakeholder

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work
  • Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field
