Social Worker

. Carry out the Code of Social Work Practice (CSWP) related operations according to the CSWP manual & practice guide

. Facilitate casework, groupwork & community work

. Plan, implement & evaluate activities/programmes based on assessed needs for the individual, family & community

Requirements

. knowledge with social policies, social work interventions & community engagement

. Strong analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and time management skills

. Meticulous and organised

. Must be proficient in MS office software

. Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work (Candidates with other disciplines will not be considered)

. Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
