As a Social Worker, you will be required to
. Conduct needs and risk assessments for intakes
. Provide casework management for clients
. Conduct analysis, plans and implements programmes and services to meet client's needs
. Review needs to plan and conduct group work to address issues of target groups
. Collaborate with other agencies to pool resources for clients
. Scan the environment and community need to develop community development initiatives
. Any other job tasks may be assigned, if needed
