Social Worker / Personal Care Officer [ Healthcare ] - 9186

Working Hours: 44 hours per week shift (AM and PM shift)

• AM Shift: 7am-4pm
• PM Shift: 10am-7pm
• Day Duty Officer: 7am-7pm
• Night Duty Officer: 7pm-7am

Salary: S$2100 - S$2800

Location: Bukit Batok / Buangkok (Fixed Location)

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care of residents.
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents.
• Put up monthly interview records for residents.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home's premises.

Requirements

• At least diploma in healthcare / medical / nursing / psychology related is preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends.
• Willing to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure when discharging duties.
