Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Social Work or GradDip in Counselling
- Fresh graduate to 4 years of working experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver case management and counselling services to clients
- Offer information and referral services to clients as needed
- Conduct intake assessments and risk evaluations for cases
- Plan, design, and organize programs tailored to meet the specific needs of clients
- Provide group work services to support clients development
- Lead community outreach initiatives and organize community development activities
- Establish and maintain networks with other organizations to mobilize resources for client support
