Social Worker (Family Services)

Job Description

• Conduct needs and intake assessment of cases
• Provide casework management
• Conduct counselling for children, youth and families
• Assess financial cases and administer financial application and referral of resources
• Plan and conduct groupwork or workshops for children
• Plan and organize family engagement programmes such as parenting workshops and parent child bonding activity.
• Engage stakeholders and partners for community development project
• Administrative support for corporate events and programmes

Qualification and Competencies

• A degree in Social Work or a post graduate diploma in Social Work
• Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team player with integrity and commitment
• Prior experience as a social worker would be an advantage
