As a Social Worker (Family Service Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assess clients needs and develop intervention plans.
- Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews of case plans.
- Design and facilitate group work programs to address common issues (e.g., parenting, financial literacy).
- Organize community outreach activities and events to strengthen support networks.
- Provide immediate support to individuals or families in distress (e.g., family violence, sudden loss, housing issues).
- Coordinate with emergency services or shelters when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Social Work/ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
