Social Worker

Job Description

• Conduct small-group interventions for students with socio-emotional needs.
• Support Tier 1 & Tier 2 student development programmes.
• Provide case management and reintegration support.
• Conduct home visits and engage families where required.
• Maintain case records and provide progress reports.
• Collaborate with school staff and external agencies.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and caring school environment.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and respect for student dignity.

Requirements

• Relevant certification in Counselling or Social Work.
• Preferably 2 years relevant experience in youth/social services.
• Experience in socio-emotional intervention and case management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
• Empathetic, professional and able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
