Job Summary

• Job Title: Social Worker / Caseworker

• Industry: Healthcare / Social Services (Welfare Home)

• Location: Northwest Region (Admiralty)/ North-East Region (Buangkok Green)

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (44 hours/week, varies by location)

Main Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualised care plans for residents.

• Monitoring residents progress and well-being and adjusting care plans accordingly.

• Planning and conducting programmes and activities to meet residents care needs.

• Preparing monthly case notes and 6-monthly review reports for assigned residents.

• Ensuring adherence to SOPs and care standards in service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling.

• 1+ year of relevant experience in social service / care settings.

• Willing to perform shift work based on duty roster.

• Able to follow structured procedures and documentation requirements.

• Require rotating shift work, which may include weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
