We're Hiring: Family Services / Management Executive (Social Worker)

• Contract Duration: 12 Months
• Salary: Up to SGD 3,340/month
• Location: Singapore

What You'll Be Doing

Data, Tech & Systems Development

• Work with various teams and sector partners to support the development of next-generation systems for holistic family services.
• Support the piloting and adoption of technology and AI tools with service providers.
• Study operational data workflows and support data generation and management.
• Contribute to initiatives involving data and technology transformation.

Capability Building

• Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of service providers.
• Support the development, review and implementation of competency frameworks and manpower strategies.
• Contribute to initiatives that support the development of specific social service sub-sectors.

Partnership & Engagement

• Support stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives.
• Implement engagement platforms and support communications with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support events, meetings and engagement activities, including logistics.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with experience in social work, particularly youth, family or protection settings, will be advantageous.
• Experience in change management, technology adoption or systems development is a plus.
• Good data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong interest in leveraging technology and data to improve service delivery.
• Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working across different stakeholders and workstreams.
