Responsibilities
- Direct work with patients including intake interviews, financial assessment and assistance, applications for special schools and other intervention programmes.
- Follow up on the various applications of special schools and intervention programmes.
- Provide information and liaise with relevant MSWs, multi-disciplinary team in Child Development Unit and community partners to facilitate effective delivery of MSW services.
- Process Medifund applications and submissions at NeMSW, to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordination of programmes conducted by MSWs. Assist with activities preparation, liaise with patients family members and other administrative work involved in programme coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma in Social Work/Psychology
- Compassionate with excellent patient care service.
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
