Social Worker / Counsellor / Caseworker - Pre-Family Guidance Order (Pre-FGO), Family Guidance Order (FGO), and Integrated Service Provider (ISP)
Job Description
- Attend to and triage Pre-FGO application and ISP enquires.
- Responsible for the liaison with MSF for all waiver and consent matters.
- Refer families to appropriate resources and services.
- Support in internal case allocation
- Maintain database, support in data collection for research projects
- Minute taking for internal meetings
- Contribute to other ad-hoc projects within the team and organisation.
Requirements
- Diploma in social work or related discipline.
- Undergraduates pursuing their social work degree may also be considered.
- At least 1-2 years experience of working with youth and family preferred.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with available community resources that support youth and families.
- Meticulous and systematic in record keeping
