United Medicare Centre (UMC) is a leading private nursing home providing trusted care and quality life since 2003.
We are looking for a candidate to support our residents and their families in their journey with us.
Responsibilities:
- Support the admission process for new residents into UMC.
- Provide financial counselling and assist family members to navigate the various Government funding schemes.
- Facilitate the settling in of the resident.
- Provide support to the CAREs and Social work team in the on-going management and care of the residents.
- Able to serve as translator for elderly residents who could only understand mandarin
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
- Candidates without relevant experience with a passion to serve would be considered.
