PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Content Planning
. Develop and implement social media content calendars in line with campaign objectives, seasonal moments, and organisational priorities.
. Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure alignment with wider strategies and storytelling objectives.
2. Digital Content Creation
. Adapt and design visually appealing, on-brand graphics, videos and digital assets for social media.
. Support copywriting for posts that are audience-centric and engaging
3. Social Media Management
. Manage Client social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), including content scheduling, community engagement, and proactive responses.
. Monitor conversations, comments, and messages to build communities, strengthen relationships with audiences and manage reputation.
4. Video & Trend Content
. Ideate, storyboard and produce trendy short-form video content (e.g. Reels, TikToks) and photojournalistic visuals that reflect current social trends.
5. Campaign Coordination
. Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, contributing creative ideas, supporting materials, and coordination of assets.
. Capture behind-the-scenes moments photography/videography for storytelling.
6. Analytics & Reporting and volunteer stories through
. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to optimise engagement and reach.
. Conduct market research to identify audience trends and opportunities for growth.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Experience
. Degree / Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Administration or a related discipline
. At least 1 years of relevant experience working in Social Media Management, Content Creation or Digital Marketing
. Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite & Premiere Pro
. Strong grasp of current social media platforms, trends, and analytics tool
. Creative thinker with an eye for visual storytelling and detail.
. Strong communication, writing and project coordination skills.
. Excellent written and spoken communications skills in both English and a 2nd language (Mandarin, Malay or Tamil)
