Responsibilities:
- Oversee TikTok matrix operations, including account positioning, growth strategies, content scheduling and planning, uploading and publishing, copyright management, comment moderation, and public sentiment monitoring.
- Conduct in-depth research on preferences in overseas markets and TikTok's distribution mechanisms to produce videos that align with platform standards and user preferences, creating viral content and driving internal traffic.
- Monitor platform user feedback and respond promptly to maintain a strong brand image.
- Analyze best practices within the industry and track competitor activities to refine and iterate operational strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage and optimize content operations, particularly within the entertainment or digital media sectors. Experience working with international or cross-cultural content and social media strategies is highly valued.
- Deep understanding of global short video distribution ecosystems, including algorithmic dynamics, audience targeting, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., TikTok).
- Strong content judgment and trend-spotting skills, with the ability to identify and respond to emerging trends quickly. A track record of developing or contributing to viral campaigns is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design and photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar), with the ability to produce visually engaging assets when needed.
- Bachelor's degree and above.
- Must be available to start the internship ASAP and commit to on-site work at least four (4) days per week for a minimum of three (3) months.
