Multi-Platform Operations: Manage daily operations across Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Tailor content strategies based on platform strengths (e.g., visual storytelling for IG, short-form video for TikTok).
Persona-led Engagement: Operate accounts with a relatable human persona (behind-the-scenes style) and conduct/support Live streaming sessions.
Content Creation: Lead and execute end-to-end content production, including short video filming, graphic design/editing, and copywriting, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
Community Management: Manage user communities, handle comments/DMs, and organize online campaigns (e.g., giveaways, UGC contests) to boost follower loyalty.
KOL/KOC Collaboration: Identify and coordinate with local influencers to expand brand visibility and track campaign performance.
Data Monitoring: Analyze platform metrics (clicks, engagement, follower growth) and provide actionable insights for content optimization.
Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in social media management.
Platform Proficiency: Familiar with the algorithms and playbook of at least three platforms (XHS, TikTok, IG, FB).
Content Skills: Solid aesthetic sense with proficiency in basic editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
Language Skills:Bilingual in English and Mandarin. Ability to craft professional English copy and manage Chinese content for Xiaohongshu.
Soft Skills: A strong team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.
