About Kuubiik
We are Kuubiik, a global outsourcing and agency provider. This role is for the marketing agency division of Kuubiik, supporting both our internal marketing initiatives and selected client projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support marketing performance across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Create platform-specific content plans and campaign concepts across channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Write high-quality social copy that is engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven
- Adapt messaging and campaigns for different markets, audiences, and cultural contexts
- Brief and collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams to produce compelling social assets
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback while ensuring content quality and brand consistency
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital behaviors to identify opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Support paid and organic social initiatives where needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, and external partners across regions and time zones
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Strategist, or similar digital marketing role
- Strong expertise in social media strategy and content planning
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English
- Strong understanding of global digital marketing and audience engagement
- Experience working with international brands or multi-market campaigns is highly preferred
- Localization experience is a strong plus
- Strong creative judgment and ability to translate strategic ideas into effective creative briefs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams without necessarily being hands-on in design production
- Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a freelance and fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or languages
- Understanding of paid social best practices
- Experience in lifestyle, consumer, tech, fashion, beauty, or global brands is a plus
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
