Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

. Ability to build a team of live streamers and perform in live streaming business

. Achieve monthly sales targets

- Able to work in retail as well as live streaming for Company's channel on Tik Tok, Dou ying, XHS etc.

- Write short captions and blogs to be posted on China platforms

- To post daily on China social media platforms

- Come up with sales plan and the products/sale mechanics

. Coordinate after sales orders with logistics team

. Be a confident Sales Associate at all times and portray a professional and customer-oriented image

. Passionate in sharing and promoting products what you love to viewers.

. Communicate effectively to customers on all sales promotions, free gifts or any other promotions.

. Learn all the watch knowledge and able to perform change of watch battery.

. Responsible for retail store daily operation

. Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner

. Execute merchandising display as per the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation

Requirements

. Experience in China social media platforms

. Energetic and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve

. Possess good communication skills and be sales driven

. Comfortable to work in fast paced environment

. Must be able to work retail/live streaming hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)

. Hardworking, honest and driven
