Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualisation & Pre-Production
. Brainstorm and develop video concepts and storyboards
. Plan video shoots including scriptwriting, shot lists, locations, and talent coordination
2. Videography
. Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during on-site and studio shoots
. Capture high-quality video footage that aligns with brand aesthetics and project goals
. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio capture in various shooting environments
3. Video Editing & Post-Production
. Edit raw footage into compelling final videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro
. Add graphics, animations, subtitles, music, and sound design as needed
. Perform colour grading and audio balancing for polished final output
. Optimise videos for different social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
4. Content Strategy & Collaboration
. Work with marketing, social media, and brand teams to tailor content for target audiences
. Stay updated with video trends, techniques, and platform best practices
. Contribute to creative direction and continuous improvement of video content quality
Requirements:
. Proven experience in videography, editing, and video production
. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,Photoshop)
. Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
. Familiarity with social media video formats and trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.)
. Knowledge of photography and motion graphics is a plus
. Flexible, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
