Job Description

This is a contract hire, ending in September 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders, understanding partner issues and their impact, and driving vendor performance improvements.
  • Manage vendor operations, address challenges, implement improvement initiatives, monitor performance, provide escalation support, and leverage automation to improve efficiency.
  • Support quality programs, resolve feedback, track remediation plans, and lead team-specific quality initiatives.
  • Strengthen resource allocation, improve operational agility, and manage tooling access for vendors.
  • Maintain the Vendor Support Knowledge Base, ensure processes are documented and current, and develop operational continuity documentation.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or 5+ years experience in project/program management within online operations, policy support, technical support, or product support.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships or external partnerships.
  • Experience in vendor management, operations optimization, or quality assurance programs in technology or social media.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
