This is a contract hire, ending in September 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders, understanding partner issues and their impact, and driving vendor performance improvements.
- Manage vendor operations, address challenges, implement improvement initiatives, monitor performance, provide escalation support, and leverage automation to improve efficiency.
- Support quality programs, resolve feedback, track remediation plans, and lead team-specific quality initiatives.
- Strengthen resource allocation, improve operational agility, and manage tooling access for vendors.
- Maintain the Vendor Support Knowledge Base, ensure processes are documented and current, and develop operational continuity documentation.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or 5+ years experience in project/program management within online operations, policy support, technical support, or product support.
- Experience managing vendor relationships or external partnerships.
- Experience in vendor management, operations optimization, or quality assurance programs in technology or social media.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
